    All items listed on catanddogcrazy.com are in stock and waiting to be dispatched. We aim to dispatch your goods the day we receive your order, or failing that, the following working day. Orders received over the weekend (after midday on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday.

    At Catsanddogscrazy.com we aim to meet and exceed your expectations. However, we appreciate that ordering via the internet is not always an easy procedure. Therefore, if after placing your order you change your mind or need to cancel or return your product we will endeavour to make this a simple process.
     
    The Distance Selling Regulations entitle you to a full refund if you request such in writing 7 working days after receiving your product

    Missing, Incomplete or Damaged Goods

    Returns Procedure
    Returns should be made using a recorded service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Please return the product with the dispatch note that accompanied your delivery. Please give an explanation why the product is being returned, e.g. not suitable, damaged, etc.
